FAMILY DEPENDENT KITAS
OFFSHORE PROCESSING
Indonesia offers a Dependent / Family Kitas for foreign nationals who want to bring their family with them to Bali. This includes wife & children. This Kitas can be obtained when the Husband has a Work Permit or a Foreign Investment Kitas.
Duration: 1 Year and multiple entry. This Kitas is renewable.
Current regulations require the Husband & Wife to be married or able to produce a legal relationship certificate from your Government.​

PROCESSING TIMES

Approximately 7-10 working days after the Sponsored Investment Kitas is ready for entry, you will receive the Dependent Kitas.

Approximately 2-3 weeks once you arrive in Bali to finalize the process at Immigration.

Payment is required upfront to start the process.

Weekends, holidays and Immigration Online system down, do not count as processing days.

Photo of Passport as per the image. Showing all edges and clear. Minimum of 18 months required.

Selfie Photo - stand against a wall and take a photo like a Passport photo.

Address in Bali to register your Kitas at. This can be updated later if you move. (*charges apply)

YOU CANNOT WORK IN INDONESIA ON THIS KITAS. If you wish to do business in Indonesia then please inform me and I will give you information on setting up your own Company PMA or you may be eligible for a sponsored Working Kitas.

Approximately 7-10 working days after the Sponsored Investment Kitas is completed, you will receive your Immigration appointment time.

Approximately 2 weeks after Immigration, your Kitas will be complete.

EPO / CANCELLATION OF KITAS

An EPO is required if you no longer wish to renew your Kitas. This cancels you from the Kitas and in future you can apply again for a Visa or Kitas.
