If our agency has completed your application then we have completed payment to the Indonesian Immigration Department and therefore cannot provide a refund.

OFFSHORE - ENTERING INTERNATIONALLY
APPLY FOR THE E-VISA TO ENTER INDONESIA DURING COVID-19. ONLY DOMESTIC IS OPEN TO BALI SO YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FLY TO JAKARTA THEN DOMESTIC INTO BALI.
This e-VISA allows you to stay up to 60 days. If you plan to stay more than 60 days, this visa can be extended 4 times with each extension valid for 30 days.
Following Indonesia's regulation due to Covid-19, they are giving exemptions to foreigner's to enter Indonesia with B211A Single Entry e-VISA for very specific reasons such as;

If you test positive for covid-19 during your time in Indonesia, you are responsible to pay independently for any medical or expenses associated. You will need to self-isolate for 14 days and after self-quarantine you will arrange a medical health check by a doctor to declare a clear check of health.

REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER INDONESIA

PCR Test - Your negative PCR test is only valid for 7 days from testing to arrival in Indonesia / Bali.

Show your Indonesian E-Visa and Sponsorship letter to Immigration on arrival.

If you can provide all the details and documents, Immigration of Indonesia will give you a 60 days single entry business visa stamp.

The E-Visa will start count on your first day of entry in Indonesia.
E-VISA PROCESS

Once you send us your Application form and relevant information you will be invoiced. We require payment in full up front to then start your process. Please not that processing days are weekdays and do not include holidays and any other days that Immigration is closed.

Your E-Visa will start process at the DIRECTORATE GENERAL IMMIGRATION OF INDONESIA.

Once the E-Visa is issued we will email it to you along with instructions on entering.

NOTE: Your E-Visa is valid for 90 days. You must enter Indonesia within those 90 days.
