TreeNut Cheezery is a small producer of artisan vegan cheeze, based in Ubud. All of their products are 100% vegan, derived from natural wholefood ingredients, and are made using traditional, slow cheese-making practices: their cheezes are cultured and aged from 1 to 4 weeks (depending on the variety), and include an authentic bloomy-rind Camembert, and a real blue mold-ripened Gorgonzola. They also make premium vegan cheezeboards, and always strive to create minimal waste, so much of the packaging is home-compostable, and very little plastic is used.
